Darren Till wasted little time calling out Mike Perry after his win at UFC Gdansk and the American answered his call in double quick fashion.

Speaking to UFC Fight Pass after the fight, Perry sent out a clear warning to Till who called him out in the Octagon during his post-fight interview:

“Rankings don’t matter, they ain’t mattered since I got here,” Perry said.

“It’s about how hard I hit you with my left and my right and I look forward to fighting any MMA fighter that wanna box with me.

Santiago Ponzinibbio is going to be the first example of that.

“Then I’m going to show you Darren Till in England man, I’m going to KO this man in his hometown.”

“We know what happened last time I went to Manchester.”

Perry was of course referring to his fight with Danny “Hot Chocolate” Roberts who he faced on the undercard of the UFC 204 pay-per-view held in Manchester, England.

The American is now scheduled to face Ponzinibbio at UFC on Fox 26 in December. Time will tell whether the UFC do take the bait and set up the Perry vs. Till fight if he makes it through that fight unscathed.
