The UFC Gdansk main event was announced last week with Darren Till taking on Donald Cerrone and it appears that another Brit is about to be added to the card.
Sources close to MMAUNO.com in Poland have revealed that a fight between British light heavyweight Jimi Manuwa and Polish fighter Przemysław Mysiala is in the works for UFC Fight Night 118.
Manuwa (17-3) is coming off the back off a loss at UFC 214 to Volkan Oezdemir. Prior to that loss, the Brit had put together two first-round knockout victories over Ovince Saint Preux and Corey Anderson on home soil, but came unstuck against the Swiss fighter in Anaheim in July. The Brit has suggested over the past few days that he is back in camp and that he’s preparing for an upcoming fight.

Our sources say that he will face Mysiala (22-9-1) who is a veteran of the European MMA scene and who has competed in the likes of BAMMA, Bellator and ACB. The Pole is currently riding a five-fight win streak with victories over Dimitri Bouchet (Celtic Gladiator) and Wallyson Carvalho (ACB) in 2017.
Back in camp, don't call it a comeback. Fight news coming real soon. Stay tuned. ☝🏾 pic.twitter.com/2ORUMN10ge

The bout is yet to be officially announced by the UFC, but should it go ahead as planned, the Pole will be thrown straight into the deep end of the UFC 205-pounds division against Manuwa in the Ergo Arena on October 21.
