It was announced this evening at BAMMA 31 that Bellator and BAMMA will return to the UK on Friday, December 15 in Newcastle, England.

This will be the fourth co-promoted show between the two promotions.

The first was in December 2016 when they joined forces for the first time for BAMMA 27 and Bellator 169 in the Dublin, 3 Arena. That evening “King Mo” vs Satoshi Ishii headlined the Bellator portion of the fight card.

The two then co-promoted a show at the SSE Wembley Arena in London when Rory MacDonald defeated Paul Daley back in May 2017.

The third show will take place on November 10 when James Gallagher mains events on the Bellator portion of the card.

The show on December 15 will take place at The Metro Radio Arena.

No fights have been announced for the card yet, however a BAMMA spokesperson indicated that Geordie Shore star Aaron Chalmers will likely feature should he be medically cleared following his fight this evening against Alex Thompson.

Given it only took him 30-seconds to do this ….

It’s nailed on he should be there.
